Lost & Found
If you think you have left something behind, visit Guest Services or Security to inquire if anything has been turned in. If you find an item, please leave it at Guest Services and we will try to reunite it with the owner.
Wheelchair & Walker Use
Guest Services provides complimentary use of wheelchairs with the provision of a piece of Government-issued photo identification (e.x. Driver's License). Limited availability.
Parking
Parking facilities include FREE above ground and sheltered parking, both of which are easily accessed from Mall entrances. Additional parking is available in the covered parkade. Entrance located off of Scottsdale Drive.
Public Transportation
Stone Road Mall provides excellent access for those taking public transportation. Guelph Transit stops along the Scottsdale side of the Mall. Visit the City of Guelph website for a complete bus schedule.
ATM Machines
ATM Machines are located at the Scottsdale Entrance's 2 & 3 beside La Vie en Rose and Dynamite. There is also an ATM located inside of Shoppers Drug Mart as well as the Bank of Montreal and Scotia Bank ABM.
Auto Photo Service
Two coloured photo booths are available for your instant photo needs, located on the main level at the Scottsdale 3 Entrance beside La Vie en Rose and Dynamite, and on the lower level by the Dollarama.
Family Washroom
Our Family Washroom offers facilities complete with changing tables, and a relaxed seating area. Our Family Washroom is located beside the Food Court.
Access
All of Stone Road Mall's entrances and washrooms are wheelchair accessible and walker friendly. If you need further assistance, please visit our Guest Services Desk.
Security
Welcome to Stone Road Mall! On behalf of the entire security team, we hope that you have an enjoyable shopping experience. Our goal is to provide a safe and secure environment for our tenants and customers. We will serve and protect persons and property at Stone Road Mall, ensuring that individual actions will not interfere with the public enjoyment of the mall. Our dedicated security team is well-trained and educated. Everyone is trained to provide First Aid and CPR if required.
